LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER

Simon is a highly skilled manufacturing engineer who relishes the challenge of developing and optimising production processes to enhance productivity. After completing his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Monash University and Master of Manufacturing Engineering at RMIT, Simon started his professional journey as a Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla’s Fremont, California plant.

Armed with his expertise in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles, Simon eventually returned to Australia to take on the role of Lead Project Engineer at Formero. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in driving continuous improvements in our manufacturing systems, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

In addition to his contributions to Formero’s operations, Simon has also led the successful implementation of our ISO quality management systems, a testimony to his exceptional project management and leadership skills. His vast experience in the manufacturing industry and strong technical background make him a valuable member of our team, providing guidance and support to the broader organisation as we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business.
